    Our programs are designed to cater to different needs, including rehabilitation, injury prevention, adaptive sports, and general fitness. To find the best fit for you: We provide a range of physiotherapy and wellness programs, including: Mobile Physiotherapy – Home-based, community-based, and onsite physiotherapy, including sessions at gyms and training facilities for both persons with disabilities and able-bodied individuals. Clinic-Based Physiotherapy – Rehabilitation, pain management, and injury recovery in a clinical setting. Preventive Programs – Injury prevention, fall prevention, and ergonomic training to maintain physical well-being. Group Inclusive Leisure & Sports – Adaptive sports and group exercise programs promoting social engagement and active living.
  • 2. What is the Breaking Ground & Making Waves program?
    This is our adaptive sports and recreation program designed for persons with disabilities, focusing on both land-based and water-based activities. It includes: Breaking Ground – Adaptive strength training, functional mobility exercises, and inclusive sports like wheelchair badminton and bowling. Making Waves – Aqua therapy, adaptive swimming, and kayaking to enhance mobility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness.
  • 3. How do I know which program is right for me?
    We assess your needs based on mobility, rehabilitation goals, and activity preferences. Contact us for a consultation, and we’ll guide you to the best program.
  • 1. What should I prepare for my first appointment?
    To ensure a smooth session, please bring: Any medical documents (referrals, scans, reports) relevant to your condition. Assistive devices (wheelchair, walking aid, prosthetics) if applicable. A list of medications you’re currently taking. A water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • 2. How should I dress for my appointment?
    Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows easy movement, such as: T-shirts, tank tops, or sportswear. Shorts, leggings, or track pants. Proper footwear (sports shoes for gym-based activities, or water shoes for aquatic sessions). For manual therapy sessions, loose-fitting clothing is preferred to allow access to the treated areas.
  • 1. How long will each session last?
    Session durations vary depending on the service: Physiotherapy sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes. Group exercise & adaptive sports programs range from 60 to 90 minutes. Workshops & training sessions may last 2-3 hours, depending on the content.
  • 2. What can I expect for my first appointment?
    Your first physiotherapy appointment will include: A detailed consultation where we discuss your medical history, current condition, and goals. A physical assessment to evaluate your mobility, strength, and movement patterns. A personalized treatment plan, which may include hands-on therapy, exercises, or lifestyle recommendations. For group programs, your first session will focus on orientation, goal-setting, and adapting exercises to suit your abilities.
  • 1. What payment options are available?
    We accept: Cash Bank Transfers PayNow / PayLah
  • 2. Can I claim the cost under my insurance policy?
    Currently, we do not process insurance claims directly. However, we can provide an invoice or receipt for you to submit a claim to your insurer. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for physiotherapy services.
